Eastern Neurology & Neuromuscular Center is a referral-only private neurology practice providing specialized evaluation and diagnostic services for patients throughout Greenville and Eastern Carolina. Our areas of focus include neuromuscular conditions and EMG/NCS testing. We collaborate with referring providers to help patients receive accurate diagnoses and appropriate treatment recommendations.

We are committed to providing the highest quality and most up-to-date care for our patients and delivering this care in a kind and compassionate manner. Because of our specialized training, we limit our practice to outpatient diagnostic neuromuscular disease, electromyography and botox for migraine treatment. This includes brain, spinal cord, nerve and muscle diseases.
Dr. Lopez is fellowship trained in both Neuromuscular diseases and Electromyography (EMG), and has dual board certification in Neurology and Electromyography.
We look forward to serving you. New neurological consultations and EMGs are made by referral and we are honored to serve patients from Eastern North Carolina including the Greenville, Raleigh, Wilson, New Bern, Outer Banks, Morehead, Edenton, Ahoskie, Wilmington, and Southern Virginia areas.
